Went to the Metreon with Justin today to attend a free AMD event. Everyone there was given an AMD A8 5600K APU. There were a ton of raffles but I didn’t win anything. Justin, on the other hand, won a Kingston HyperX 8GB DDR3 memory kit (2x4GB).

 

I finished my protein from June 19th, 2012 a couple weeks ago, and I need more! So, I bought two 5.15lbs of BodyTech Whey Tech Pro 24 (Chocolate Mint flavor) from Vitamin Shoppe for $78.29!

I recently got an email from Comcast saying they have increased my internet speed! Upload speed was changed from 6Mbps to 10Mbps, and download speed was changed from 30Mbps to 50Mbps — awesome!! Below is a screenshot of the email and a speed test result from my laptop using wifi. I couldn’t quite reach 50Mbps download, but my brother’s and mom’s wired desktop computers do.

Update: It appears that my wifi speed can reach 50Mbps! I don’t know why speedtest.net’s San Francisco server won’t go that fast, but I just tested the San Jose server on speedtest.net and speedtest.comcast.net, and I am quite pleased with the results.

I ordered a Kingston Digital DataTraveler SE9 16GB USB flash drive from Amazon for $7.99! This will be my 3rd 16gb flash drive… I do wish this was a 32gb. Anyway, I will be keeping this one on my keychain so I can have it everywhere I go.

I went back to Macy’s today with my dad to buy the matching suit vest (Alfani Red Vest, Black Solid Slim Fit) for $59.99, reg. $75. I also got 4 dress shirts because they were buy one get one free! For future reference, my dress shirt size is 15.5 32/33, jacket size is 38S, and pants size is 30×30.
